If it means anything, I have had the exact same experience as you. I was waiting for the i760 and got a loaner q9m to replace my balky i730 and realized that although the q is not quite for me, WM6 STD is going to be much more reliable than WM6 Pro. The SMT5800 offers all the benefits of the i760 and none of the wierdnesses in terms of key placement while avoiding the complexity of the PPCPhone.
