unbelievable, vzw wont replace my phone

may need to set up a new line then cancel it

$200+ a month family plan, plus a business plan of over 150 phones and yet they wont let me renew and get discounted pricing because one moron sent me a black Q as a 5th replacement, this customer service sucks, a customer of over 6 yrs and they dont want to work with you
