The phone comes with a cable. You hook it up to the computer via the USB port. Windows Activesync will set up a partnership with your phone. It will sync your phone address book and calendar with Outlook. You might be able to do this wirelessly as well. Not sure about wireless sync (bluetooth or IR) for this phone.
