- What services matter the most to you for what you pay
- What are the networks like where you live

As for where I am, Sprint drops calls like a stone-hands wide receiver. I have only had ONE dropped call with vzw in over a year. also, i like paying a little more for good customer service (but that's me - some people don't care and that's cool)
