I am sure it is installed. I also followed a few different "how to" pages on setting everything us with certificates and such. Nothing seems to work.

I suspect it's not configured correctly because when I go to the properties page of activesync in the exchange control panel, all options are gray/not changeable.

I suspect some of the problem is due to our upgrade from exchange 2000 to 2003 sp2.

Looking around, I did find this free open source sync software that may work instead: Funambol
