Exchange 2003 and 2007 work like champs right out of the box. Are you sure it is enabled/installed on the server? Is your user enabled for it? Both Verizon and Sprint and probably most providers have crappy programs. I can't think of one useful proggy from either company. HTC and Samsung have some occasional winners. i.e. Samsung Picsel.
