This may prove useful because his office will be forced to answer everyone who sends him an email. Marketing types like to say yes. After having to say, "I know nothing." a few dozen times, he may realize he cannot keep saying it because everyone will respond with things about the delay that he may not have considered - like business account users jumping ship in droves. I have to believe he would like to hear it. As in most companies, the higher up they are, the more filtered they are by their staffs who only deliver good news. __________________
