I purchased the PN-820 about 30 days ago when my i730 bit the dust at the beach. I returned it a week or so ago and I was told that a note would be put in my account that I still qualify for the NE2.
I called Verizon quite a bit today looking for the i760 and all of them found the note and said that I would still be able to get the NE2 when the i760 was available. |
