I called regular customer service and said I wanted to upgrade my phone. He asked which phone I wanted and I told him the Samsung i760. He looked around and said he couldn't find it so I asked him if it would help if I gave him the SKU. He laughed and said, "you have the SKU?" I told him it and he looked it up and sure enough, he got it ordered for me. $299.99 w/out rebate and w/out NE2. He then started to talk about what a sweet phone the i730 was and asked my if I would consider selling it. I told him I would sell it to him for $50 if he really wanted my used phone. He asked if he could call me if he decided he wanted it and I told him if he didn't want to go on ebay for a new one, I'd be more than happy to sell it to him. How funny is that?
