Could you possibly list all the oem's you included in your rom?
My phone and my wife's are both on Verizon. I added different OEM's to her's.
Maybe with a list of you're oem's, I can see what you have incommon w/ her phone, that I don't, and perhaps we can figure out what's causing it.

Well after much playing I seem to have found the problem. I worked by only installing one program at a time and soft resetting several times. It seems that when I install Epocrates(a medical program) the splash screen freezing happens. I didn't add any oem's to the rom though, I just installed it as is. |
