While anything is possible, I think anyone who has concluded that there is an actual date established for it release, is doing so from the perspective of wishing it to be true. While the 9/10 is floating around, so are many other dates. Selecting one of the many dates from this thread as the one we want will not necessarily make it so. In other words, if VZW releases it on 9/10, who is going to stop them? And if they do not, who is going to stop them? This release has been so badly managed, I question whether any executive inside VZW is any position to bet their job on a release date! If an executive of VZW even looked at the release of this or the 6800 as having a significant priority, I would be shocked. I think they are too busy focusing on crackberries.
