Mine is working great with TomTom, Google Maps, and WLS. Here are my exact settings:

1. Outgoing Com port in Bluetooth settins is COM2 with "Secure Connection" unchecked
2. Bluetooth on and visible to other devices
3. Passkey required

My External Bluetooth settings

1. GPS program port set to NONE
2. GPS hardware port set to NONE and baud rate 4800
3. Manage GPS automatically IS checked

GPS Applications Settings

1. The GPS COM port is set to COM2 in TomTom, Google Maps, and WLS.

My phone bluetooth is always on before I turn on the GPS receiver.
