I think everyone got fed up and went out and bought a Kaiser, or a Mogul, or a Q9 or any number of other alternatives. 
I LOVE my Mogul, but I'd still like to have the external number pad! I think it say's "This is a phone! and oh by the way, slide out the keybord and it's a PDA too." instead of "This is a PDA, and oh by the way, it also makes phone calls" __________________
