why does everyone who tell these stories tell us how much the reps were smiling and act as if that's a crucial detail? what are they supposed to do, growl? or look at you with a stern face and say we have nothing for you now beat it?
this woman basically showed you nothing and told you nothing....just like VZW. just say that, instead of acting like you have something new or interesting to add. |
