Equus, it's not you who is alienated, it's VZW. And it's not from promising a new phone and not delivering; it's from promising "unlimited" and then setting limits. And for selling things for exorbitant fees that are readily available for free if your willing to ignore their draconian TOS agreement.
Bottom line, it's just their attitude toward us, their customers (you know; their revenue stream!). __________________
