Agreed. I applaud them for all they are trying to do. This is not about them, but rather about the company to which they have developed a certain amount of loyalty. I hope the company does something very soon that earns the right to keep their loyalty. It has lost mine (a customer since the late 1980s with billing over $400 each and every month). __________________
