I attempted to try this & now I have no sound.

Plz help in any way possible.

Steps I did.
#1 downloaded the fine w/ earpiece.
#2 opened it in excel to convert to csv.
#3 copied to storage card via active sync
#4 copied via total commander from storage card to windows file.
#5 soft reboot
#6 Help!!!
