Back on track though, when you say the 14th or 16th for a release date, are we talking about August? I believe I will have to jump to AT&T if that is the case (and if they offer a better deal). I'm not going to pay $1,000 for the phone, but I may pay $500.

You cannot use EVDO/1x and Voice at the same time. You can use WiFi and Voice, however, but your battery will be dead quickly. __________________
