I finally talked to the tech dood at Popularelect.com( and they said it's most likely the 14th or 16th that the SGH i760 will be released, but to call back next week and they'd most likely have a solid date.. so that seems to all fall in line with the dates given by Ethan and the other rumor sources for the SCH-i760. I said it would have been June or July if they hadn't screwed up stuff..so yea. From what I understand they're getting both SCH and SGH Pocket PCs on the same date..for what I think is way too expensive a price..but this is what I was thinking of POSSIBLY doing provided I had money which the concept alone is a hoot to me..But please tell me if you think this is possible (who knows, maybe others may be interested in doing this as well as I'm seeing MUCH dissatisfaction with Verizon a lessened desire for the SCH-i760):

If I used my NE2 to get the SCH-i760 and canceled the contract within the allotted time, but paid the price of the Phone, would I have to return the phone as well with the ending of the contract or could I keep the phone? I'm assuming I would have to return it but I thought I'd ask. The reason I ask is because if I could get the SCH-i760 and sell it on ebay for the retail cost, I could use that money to possibly run away from Verizon for Tmobile to use the money to get an SGH-i760 with their 1900 frequency mobile service. The tech told me emphatically that the Text and Voice Mail would definitely work in the US AND Overseas with no problems, and seemed pretty informed on the phones as I probed..as you know I ask a lot of questions. Does anyone know or remember Verizons' policy on this? I'm not saying I'm definitely leaving Verizon for sure by any means, but I've really gotten really sick of them.. I'm just considering....Strongly...Not like they'll care if I'm gone anyways.
