If I rember correctly, the original release of the i730 did not include the extended/large capacity battery. The second battery was released with the phone after it was determined that the original battery was not enough to support the device the way it was intended.

I could be completely off on this but it is what I remember.

If this is the case, than I am not sure that the larger battery will be coming with the device as the (Samsung) has learned from that prior experience as well as the lower power consumption that seems to be all the rage with the new Samsung chip.
