Actually, given other clues gathered from the image, I'm guessing RLP stands for "Resource Location Protocol". The spreadsheet seems to belong to the Marketing department, and with labels like "Homepage Updates", the timeline seems more like a TODO list for their web developers.

I don't think this information changes anything we know about the i760's hardware. But it may be yet another clue that marketing is ramping up.
