In response to bigmikeg's post and bigpandadaddy's post on HoFo, I think RLP stands for "radio link protocol". The spreadsheet posted mentions "Redirect needed for new Samsung i760 RLP". Looking at the Wikipedia info on RLP's, this seems as if it could have something to do with transmitting packets of data in fragments. This could possibly be what was being worked on to make sure that GIN was coexisting with WM6. The Wikipedia article also mentions that "The January 2006 IEEE 802.20 specification uses one of the newest forms of RLP."

Im just guessing, but a "redirect needed for new Samsung i760 RLP" sounds like they have worked out the kinks, I hope.....
