are you guys using the HTC_Home_new_eng.cab ? that one is fixed by Freelancer or Free whoever... seems to be working for me fixing the Vibrate bug

For those having trouble installing the color icons, seem like some version of the plugin install the icons to \HTCHome\ instead of \Windows\ check to see if you have that directory in your root and install the color icons there if you do instead of windows and it should work
