JMT, this is the best advice for all people not using the iPhone, considering it, or hating it, that I've seen so far.

people are quick to judge and lay out all the stuff it doesn't do but nobody wants to consider why. you hit it with your assessment and it's all stuff I've been trying to impress on the naysayers all along.
