HTC does have to make anythig sturdy because of the design of the phone. It would be nice and one would think, but one would think that call quality would be of utmost iomportance and it doesn't seem to be. Past cannot always determine future, but for me to go to an HTC device, I will need to see some really change in the build/functionality quality of their devices. To leave cdma for a GSM HTC device, if it had a screen that could either be 3" or expand out to a small notebook screen...then maybe, a slight maybe. Just my own opinion from my own research.
