Either do a soft reset (if you still have CDMACSP in the startup folder) or run CDMACSP where ever you backed it up when you removed it from the startup folder.

This will rebuild the dialup settings. If that doesn't work, do a *228 option 2 and soft reset when finished. If none of those work, you might read through these threads and see if one of these is your issue:
