Probably, though there were reports that even those might be non-legit. You can buy direct from SanDisk, but not the 4GB card (yet.) I'm tempted to do that in the future, or else buy from Newegg, or a really reputable major online retailer. It's getting too difficult to weed out the non-legitimate products, I'm afraid.
