I got the 4GB SanDisk at a b&m VZW store this afternoon. It has the "Class 2" logo at the upper right and the adapters are as pictured here. it slid in easily and the back side ("Made in China" sticker) looks identical to the 512MB card that came in my Mogul.

Neat part is, the nice girl at the store rang it up at $74.99 so I got out of there for under $80 (nice suprise!). I started to ask "Is this on sale?" but caught myself, smiled, and wished her a happy Fourth-of-July. The receipt indeed shows a 4GB microSD so she did ring up the item correctly.

EDIT: She asked for my cell number and I told her I wasn't a Verizon customer and that the card was for a PDA. I also told her counterfeit cards which are failure-prone are a big problem and that I came to VZW to be sure I was getting an authentic SanDisk card.

Copied files over to card while typing this--everything went fine. I had to setup media sync again despite copying all files back from original card.
