As the owner of nextweb I always take any customer issue and or problem seriously. I have been selling authentic Sandisk, Sony, Kingston, Transcend, and Ridata card for quite a while now. Due to 80-95% of memory cards being fake on ebay and some on Amazon, I do know where everyone is coming from. I have been dealing with 1 source for pretty much all our memory cards purchases, and have sold thousands of cards over the years, if not almost 10,000 we have been forced to quit selling retail AUTHENTIC cards on ebay as its impossible to compete with fake cards, we sell most of our retail packaged cards to Europe as margins are bigger, and prices in Europe Higher. It took me a long time to find legit and reputable dealers in memory cards, so even when my costs are higher I alwasy opt for my reliable source.
I take pride in selling only authentic cards, and have personally been on ebay to fight counterfit cards, as we have lost much of our card sales revenues on ebay due to the large number of fake cards.
We have really never had any problems until we started selling 4 GB SD and now the 4 GB MicroSD cards, before we have had virtually non existent problems, since cards up to 2 Gb and non SD HC cards work in 99% or so of devices. But thats a whole different story with SD HC cards, and so far very few devices accept them, and some only accept up to 2 GB.
So its been tough, and its been a hassle at times, bt I want all my buyers and customers to know that we stand behind every sale, and service our customers with any issues that arise. We are not a overnight shop, and heve been on ebay almost 8 years now, we are newer to Amazon, and take pride being on Amazon as a legit business.
I will keep posting, and answering any issues that customers might have, and please always remember to check compatibility issues before purchasing as it makes it easier for all of us, as marins are extremely slim. And yes, we do pay our taxes as well. o we are definately here to help our buyers and offer any support that is needed to make buying from us flawless, and satisfactory. Not to say that one will never get a defective card from andisk, but we have only experienced defect rates of about 1 card in 500-1000 being bad. So eventually, there will of course be a defective card, that we wil in that case immediately replace.
