i think its pretty standup for nextweb to register and come here to answer questions regarding the issue.

just a side note, but take a loo kat the sandisk card that came with the phone. my serial numbers on that card are very unreadable and faded, similar to the card from nextweb. lets compare serials numbers on those cards and see if anyone has a similar one.
