So are these fakes for sure?

After mine stopped working in the 6800 (would constantly crash Pocket Mechanic during the full benchmark), I decided to contact SanDisk, and after a long ordeal in getting them to issue me an RMA (they even cancelled it, and I had to reply and ask them to un-cancel it), they provided me with a UPS shipping label. I don't know if yours came the same way, mine came in a second brown sleeve, so I'm just using that to ship it.
tbird, are you sure? Your serial number is one digit short. I took a shot with a macro lens on my DSLR, and got a very clear answer, I'll post it here. (I've scaled it down via Photoshop (was originally over a 2.5MB image, even cropped) a *LOT* to save space on this forum, but it's still quite readable.). Also, those of you who bought cards from Verizon, where is your "Class 2" logo located? Please reference this image and compare, if you can. Thanks.
