On the 6700, I just left the username and password fields blank. But if you want your vision username and password, I think you can get that by logging into Sprint's website. From there, you should set your Vision (not account) username and password to something you can remember (I don't think you can actually retrieve the current Vision username/pwd, only just change it to whatever you want). I remember it took a few steps after logging into the website to find the options but its there if you are willing to spend a couple of minutes looking for them. I don't remember what the exact steps were but maybe someone else can post the details.
