This is the common trend when a release is getting close. We start hearing from the "reps in the know", then we hear from general reps it's coming. This means that they are starting training, and getting the literature out to the reps. Usually about 7-14 days before release, Verizon has been putting a "teaser" image, and a date as to when it's coming, so keep an eye out for that happening.

This happened with the Q and the Treo 700wx, as well as other "non-smartphone" devices. So keep your eyes open on Verizon's site...
