I'm guessing that this means that any i760s sitting in warehouses in the U.S. can be sold but that no more can be imported. As a result, we might need to snap up the i760s as soon as they are released or risk having to wait awhile. I also suspect that Qualcomm and Broadcom ultimately will reach a settlement similar to the what Apple settled with (already forgot--was it 3COM?) over the use of the name "iPhone."
