There's no way I'll let Sprint nickel and dime me by charging me a monthly fee for gps service.
I would also never pay Sprint one dime for a service that was built into the phone and they intentionally disabled.
The fact that you can just buy an external receiver should force Sprint to just leave it alone in the first place. Why make me carry around an external receiver if I don't have to?
And for anyone who didn;t know about the 6700 having a full GPS that Sprint disabled, read this:
