Because fear is a stupid fanboy word. Even if Verizon thought they made the biggest mistake of their life letting the iPhone go they wouldn't be AFRAID of it. Still, I really doubt Verizon would partner with Apple even if they were given a second chance now, it's just not the way they do business.
Is the iPhone affecting Verizon's strategy? Probably, the iPhone is obviously going to have an impact on the market on hype alone if nothing else. Responding to the market is just good business sense though, not fear. |
