Release Information - The PPC-6800 is currently available via the Sprint PCS website or telesales. It is not yet available in Retail Stores. The XV-6800 is not yet available, but exected mid-July.

Current Issues

* For problems syncing with WMDC and ActiveSync, on your device make sure that 'Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC > Enable advanced network functionality' is unchecked.

* Many users report issues using bluetooth headsets. Problems include choppiness and stuttering. See more here.

* The HTC Touch plugins are not all currently supported on the Titan.

* TCPMP: There is an unexplained flaw with the TCPMP. Although a TCPMP benchmark reports good performance, the video is plagued with severe stuttering.

* Microsoft's Direct Push technology drains battery even in sleep mode.

Moving Touch Home Plugin from Top of Screen

Orienting the Camera Pictures correctly when viewed/dumped on PC
Note: This will cause the pictures to be viewed incorrectly on the phone, so use at your discretion.
Note2: This does *not* crop the picture.

Setting a Today Background Picture's Transparency to 0
Selecting a picture as your background on the Today screen causes it to look washed out.
To rectify this, select the picture this way

Freeing up memory by disabling services, startup items and skipping extended ROM
Some of us have skipped Extended ROM installs by the following

Hard Reset your device (Sync or Backup first you lose everything)
During this process you will see a Box saying Customizing in 3 Seconds (or something to that effect)
Hit Soft reset here.
After that some think it's critical one file from extended ROM be run called \EXTENDED_ROM\AudioPara0330.sa (must use Total Commander to see)

Voice Command Patch for V1.6
This fixes the announcement bugs but does not fix the confirmation problem over blue tooth
Raw Patch for advanaced users. Disable Voice Command first.
Replace each file in their corresponsing directories. One file (.CPL file) goes in \Windows the rest in \Program Files\Voice Command

Don't forget to re-enable Voice Command and set your announcement options.
