I too am confused about VZW's marketing strategy on this one. Seems very backward to me. Apple announces the iPhone in January--6 months before it's release. The buzz has done wonders for Apple's stock and we haven't even really seen the media blitz that will start when the iPhone is actually released. VZW really should take a lesson from Apple. That "Can You Hear Me Now?" thing is soooo old.
