First off I dugg it when I hit the link. Second the first post over at Digg, the user should learn to read the whole text and not skim. Finally if Samsung is marketing the product and promoting it in the open and at trade shows well then guess what its being marketed and should not longer have the protections they requested. Its that simple. Of course the FCC is not on the side of the consumer just the lobbist folks who pay the bills.
