Dang. All I want to do now is edit the start menu. Organize it like I want. How do I do that?

I downloaded surreal networks application unlock, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I'm sure the next time I try to install some program with a virus or something, I will get in trouble.

I tried going through activesync, but no luck there either.

Anyone know how to do this?
