I have the same issue on my Treo 750, as soon as I unlock OnLockPro pocketoutlook/activesync will pull new emails, but not while it is locked.

This is a similar problem that I am having with MNotes (similar to the exchange puch), it will sometimes work in background, but after a while of trying to run it will no longer connect to the EVDO network. I have nonw removed the screen lock and this problem has pretty much went away. |
