downloading or streaming of audio or video programming or games - This action is prohibited...so downloading audio programming...is this the same as podcasts or general MP3's which I am sure with other phones VZW allows one to do such a thing?

Back on topic - I could not have a PN-820 for too long either. If you could get a good 730 off of ebay for a $100, not a bad idea...good back-up when the 760 does come out, especially since it looks like the connectors will be the same. Depends on what you need though...After wiping my profuse tears if my 730 died on me, I am not sure what I would do until the 760 came out. It will probably come out early to mid June.
