Well, I'm assuming that since its Microsoft, then it will use ActiveSync. There is a way to sync ActiveSync with Outlook Express, but you have to do some extra stuff to set it up. I'm not sure why you'd want to do that, however, if they give you a copy of Outlook with the phone?
