The Q did freeze a lot when it first came out. However last December, Motorola sent out an update patch which fixed that issue. It is very stable and I consider myself a "power user" and only reset it once every few to keep it perky...

The only thing the Blackberrys for Sprint or Verizon do at this time is email and phone for the most part..you are really comparing apples and oranges when comparing the Blackberry to the Q.

In order to further simulate its big brother operating system, the pocket pc version of windows which is on the 6700, you need to tweak it a little. Not that its not cool out of the box, but once you get it set to me it is an unbeatable piece of technology. I am selling one for Verizon which wont help you because you are a Sprint Customer, however you can check out my ad on ebay which has a list of all the tweaks you need to trick out the Q. It is add # 160104628195
