i've had the 6700 since it first came out for over a year now and i've never had to replace it with another nor have i had to go to verizon with it to fix it. i have the kirvin stock aku3.5 and it feels like a new phone. and when the 6800 comes out i will get that one. with or without a swap. i could care less. 11 trips to verizon (above)? thats at least 11 hours. if i figure how much my time is worth, then i myself would be better off just buying a new phone and/or not concerned about a swap. i don't understand any of this.
