Just wanted to mention that this is definitely not a cpu downgrade.

The samsung 400mhz chip they will be using is a stacked cpu. Which basically means all of the parts like wifi,bluetooth,memory,audio, are all on one chip.
I.E.

• memory read and writes will be faster
• power usage is 75% less,
• overall better performance at the same mhz.

Moreover this chip has some serious multimedia extensions that will allow hardware decoding of a number of different protocols (mpeg) and much better graphics.
