I can not see a function in outlook that would send/rec without me doing something to start this. Do I need to install anything different to make this work.
I activate Activesync 4.5 VIA Bluetooth. Then connect using PDAnet 1.7. If I were to take a guess, I think its activesync that drops. Throughout the connection I can hear activesync periodically play a connection sound. however hearing that doesnt necessarily drop the call. It appears that something goes dormant for a while then reconnects. If I make the connection and don't do anything, I can stay connected for hours. But once i start web surfing I loose the connections in a few moments, if I attempt to download, the connections gone in a flash. Thanks mrailing. You might try getting a USB charge and sync cable (MacMedia.com and ppctech.com both have good solutions). I have no issues tethering, but I do it with a USB cable and not over bluetooth.
