According to the guys in the 8525 forum they have to overclock the Samsung processor to 500MHZ to get it as fast as the i730. I haven't seen any benchmarks on the Samsung 400 yet so i don't know for sure. I'm going off guys who have both of these phones.

Yes your right. A Intel and a Samsung processor of the same MHz the samsung is reportedly faster.
