[quote=Dominick_7]I completely agree. I don't want this thing PARTICULARLY as long as it keeps the landscape. Its a piece of garbage to me otherwise. [quote]

No...you guys are not the only ones who despise the landscape idea. It just sucks, period. It is THE REASON I have decided this past week to go get a Treo 750 with Cingular now that 3G is available. The only two drawbacks of that devic is it is only 240x240 (less screen size for larger demanding apps like surfing web pages and my iNav iGuidance) and it has no WiFi.....but, while I was once adamant about not forgoing WiFi (and it is an utter disgrace that a device like the Treo 750 does not have it) I have decided the need for a portrait keyboard is too great. I have played with the 8525's and having to use two hands to not only hold, but also slide out the keyboard means single hand operation currently doable for some things on the i730 will not longer be possible. And, the Treo 750 is the best, if not the only, really good portrait mode Qwerty keypad smartphone that runs a touchscreen edition of Windows Mobile while also being quad band voice GSM and dual band data UMTS/HSDPA for use of 3G on both sides of the pond......I am currently in Spain for 3GSM and have to deal with the stupid CDMA doesnt work in the rest of the world stuff....and really, I would tolerate this incovenience if there was value....and there is no value to do so now with the landscape vision of the SCH-i760....

STUPID....

Just launch the SCH-i760 in the U.S. with Verizon, with CDMA/EVDO, WiFi and Crossbow and you have best in class......or, launch it on Cingular with Quad Band voice and Dual Band (1900 and 2100 UMTS/HSDPA) and WiFi and you can claim supremacy. YOU ARE SAMSUNG FOR CRYING OUT LOUD......DON'T GO COPY HTC!!! i730, in all black, 25% +/- thinner, no stub antenna, better stability and reliability of OS performance with hardware, some weight reduction......THAT IS ALL WE ASK!!!!!

Stupid product managers
