I would be willing to place money that "Microsoft Voice Command" won't be built in to the i760, as it's generally not something that is included with phones, as MS wants the full price from the manufacturer for distributing it with the device.

Now, in the past, almost all Samsung devices have included Voice Signal, from Voice Signal Technologies, and I would say that Samsung would probably include that software again.

Pretty much everything we know about the phone is in this thread, and once new information is found, it will be posted. Currently the only screen shots of the device were the Engadget article, as the device wasn't allowed to be turned on at CES, or until Microsoft announced Windows Mobile 6. Since that just happened I am sure we will start finding out some more information on it.
